One great way to start your day is with some exercises. It will help you lose some weight, but also you will no longer need a gallon of coffee in order to wake up. The benefit exercising in the morning, is that your body will continue burning fat during the day at an enhanced rate even when you just sitting there doing nothing.
Doing exercises in the morning is great, because you will have the whole day to do other activities, as you are already done the most important one. Have rest, recharge your batteries and do whatever you want with your day.
This challenge you should perform every morning, for three weeks. You should only buy yoga mat. There won’t be memberships, no expensive equipment, no spending money. Also, you will also need a timer, the one on your phone will do the trick.
The exercises that you should do for this challenge are: burpees, mountain climbers, planks, skaters, inchworms and squats. At the beginning of this challenge, you have to perform all these exercises for about 30 seconds each, with 15 seconds rest between the exercises. Perform all of them twice.
After that in the second week, increase the duration of these exercises in 45 seconds for each exercise and the rest between them should remain same – 15 seconds. Do the exercises twice.
In the third week, perform the exercises for 50 seconds each, with 10 seconds rest between them. Repeat the exercises three times.
The easiest and the least expensive ways to shape your body is to do this challenge.
You should be motivated and believe that your goals will be met. Try watching videos of people who already succeeded in shaping their bodies in the way they have always wanted, to keep you motivated.
