Something we all hate is muffin top, but it requires a proper workout and determination to get rid of it, and shape the body. These 5 exercises will help you achieve remarkable effects in a very short time!
Mountain Climbers, Jumping Lunges, Deep Squat Jumps, Side Plank Bends, (Right and Left) and Planks are the most effective exercises to eliminate the muffin top.
Do each of these for 30-45 sec, have a 15-second break, and repeat. Do 2-3 sets per session, and rest for a minute between sets.
For best results try to exercise 3-4 times a week.
If you drink a gallon of water daily it would be beneficial, and increase the intake of fresh vegetables, spicy foods, nuts, dark chocolate, beans, oats, chicken, and peaches.
