How to prepare turmeric tea and relieve pain:
- 1 lemongrass tea bag
- Pinch of sea salt
- 2 cups water
- 6 peppercorns (optional)
- 2 teaspoons ground turmeric
- 1-inch fresh ginger root, minced
- 1teaspoon ground cinnamon
First you need to boil the water, and add turmeric, cinnamon, peppercorns, the peeled, minced ginger root, and sea salt. Let it simmer for 15 minutes over medium heat. After that add the lemongrass teabag and leave it steep for 3 more minutes. Take it out, and pour the tea into your mug!
