- ½ a cup of raspberries (frozen ones work well too)
- 1/8 teaspoon of almond extract
- 1/8 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon of shredded coconut
- ½ a tablespoon of sliced almonds
- 1 teaspoon of raw honey
- ½ a cup of rolled oats
- ½ a cup of unsweetened coconut milk
You should take pint size glass mason jar and add the oats, raspberries, milk, cinnamon extract, and raw honey. You need to stir the ingredients until they are combined. Place a lid on the jar and refrigerate overnight.
It is recommended to keep it in the fridge for 2-3 days. After that add the coconut and almonds. Stir it well and serve it!
Nut Butter and Banana Overnight Oatmeal
In case you are a peanut butter lover, this recipe is ideal for you! Same like the previous recipe, this one does not include baking or cooking.
- 2 tablespoons of nut butter of choice
- ½ a ripe banana
- 1 tablespoon of unsalted nuts of choice
- ½ cup of rolled oats
- ½ a cup of almond milk
You should pour the milk into a jar and stir the nut butter into in until it is combined. After that add the tiny-sliced banana and the rolled oats. Until the ingredients are combined stir well.
Place the lid on the jar and than place it in the refrigerator and let it stand overnight. Next morning, stir the oats and add the almond milk. Sprinkle the nuts on top!
Blueberry Walnuts Overnight Oatmeal

- 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon of crushed walnuts
- ½ cup of rolled oats
- ½ a cup of coconut milk (or milk of choice)
- ½ cup of frozen blueberries
You should take mason jar and mix all the ingredients. You must stir well so the oats will be completely coated in liquid. Than place the lid on the jar and refrigerate overnight. Next morning, stir a little coconut milk. That will loosen up the oats!
