The Ketogenic Diet

steamed asparagus, grilled salmon with butter

tomatoes, eggs, goat cheese, and basil

Lunch

cocoa butter, milkshake, peanut butter with stevia, almond milk

Dinner

veggies, meatballs with cheddar cheese

Day 3

Breakfast

You should have Keto milkshake

Lunch

avocado, prawns, olive oil

Dinner

broccoli salad, pork chops with parmesan cheese

Day 4

Breakfast

Omelet with avocado, peppers,  onions, spices

Lunch

salsa celery, handful of nuts, guacamole,

steamed veggies,  cheese, stuffed chicken,

Day 5

Breakfast

Omelet with tomatoes, cheese

Lunch

Leftovers from Day 4

salad, steak, mushrooms, eggs,

Omelet with veggies, ham

handful of nuts, ham, cheese,

a salad, beef steak, eggs,

Breakfast

Eggs with bacon, mushrooms

Lunch

guacamole hamburger, salsa cheese

Dinner

a salad, beef steak, eggs
